Meet Your Therapist

Holly Lark, LCSW, LICSW
I’m Holly Lark, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional struggles, and identity exploration. As an advocate for the LGBTIA+ community and a multiculturally sensitive therapist, I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for all.
My Approach
Compassionate, Collaborative, and Centered on You
Life can be overwhelming—even for those who seem to have it all together. Whether you're facing daily stress, emotional dysregulation, or deeper struggles, I’m here to help you find clarity and balance. We’ll work together to understand the patterns behind your thoughts and emotions and build a path toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
How I Work
Blending Insight with Practical Tools
I use evidence-based approaches to help you explore deep-rooted patterns, understand how your past shapes your present, and create meaningful change:
Somatic Therapy – Helps regulate emotions and calm the nervous system by tuning into bodily sensations and stored experiences.
Psychodynamic Therapy – Uncovers unconscious patterns, explores childhood influences, and connects past experiences to present behaviors.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Identifies and integrates different parts of yourself to heal emotional wounds and foster self-awareness.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Builds skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindful decision-making.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helps reframe negative thought patterns, shift behaviors, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Mind-Body Connection
Supporting the Whole You
Healing involves both mind and body. Through somatic techniques and deep exploratory work, we’ll uncover how your history shapes how you show up with yourself and others. Therapy is a space to process emotions, recognize patterns, and move toward lasting transformation.
Ready to take the next step?
You don’t have to face this alone. Reach out today to schedule a consultation—I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
