Therapy for Adults in Texas & Massachusetts
Life can be overwhelming, and navigating its challenges alone can feel exhausting. I provide compassionate, personalized therapy for adults in Texas and Massachusetts, offering support for anxiety, perfectionism, depression, focus issues, relationship struggles, and the difficult emotions that arise from life’s hardships.
Healing starts with understanding your past and its impact on your present. In our sessions, we’ll work together to process past experiences, uncover deep-rooted patterns, and build a path forward that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Whether you’re facing changes in relationships, career decisions, or personal growth, therapy is tailored to meet you where you are.
Progress doesn’t mean solving everything at once—and that’s okay. Through collaborative goal-setting, I help you gain clarity, define your needs, and set achievable objectives. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels both practical and empowering.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Supporting Teens Through Life’s Challenges
The teenage years can be overwhelming, filled with big emotions, self-discovery, and pressures that make it hard to feel confident in your own path. As a therapist serving teens in Texas and Massachusetts, I create a space where adolescents can explore their identity, develop emotional resilience, and make choices that align with their values and goals.
Beyond my work in private practice, I have spent six years as a Social Emotional Counselor at Kinder High School for Performing and Visual Arts. This experience has deepened my understanding of the creative mind and the unique struggles teens face in balancing self-expression, academics, and social pressures.
Whether your teen needs support navigating friendships, anxiety, perfectionism, or the transition into adulthood—like preparing for college, career planning, or living independently—I am passionate about helping young people build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.
No one has to figure it all out alone. Therapy can be a powerful tool in helping teens feel more grounded, hopeful, and prepared for what’s ahead.
